Tuesday, March 6

Attend the Impact Fair from 5 to听7听p.m. in UMC 235 for a night of networking with organizations looking to hire passionate students who desire a career with a cause.听Learn how to prepare for a career fair by visiting the Career Services website.

Sign up for the Better Boulder Day of Service

Participate in CU's largest student day-of-service on April 14 with the Volunteer Resource Center听and work with various organizations to complete a service project in the Boulder/Denver area. Past projects have included trail restoration, organization of donation centers, building projects, landscaping and more. There will be a wide range of projects focusing on different issues; projects will fill up on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up today!

Colorado Creed Week

Join the Center for Student Involvement for the inaugural Colorado Creed Week. This is a week dedicated to highlighting existing programs that represent the goals of the Colorado Creed.

Anderson Cooper at Macky Hall

If you have tickets (the event is sold out) and plan to see Anderson Cooper, the听award-winning journalist and host of CNN鈥檚听Anderson Cooper 360,听speak at Macky Auditorium, plan to get there early. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m., with Cooper鈥檚 speech beginning promptly at 7:30 p.m. Arrive no later than 7 p.m. so you can get听through a security screening and be seated by 7:30 p.m. Backpacks and other bags will not be permitted inside the auditorium. Only small clutches (no larger than 4.5鈥 x 6.5鈥) and clear plastic bags not exceeding 12鈥 x 6鈥 x 12鈥 will be allowed.

Branch Out: Cooking class with the German Club

Join the Dennis Small Cultural Center, the German Club听and the Department of Germanic and Slavic Languages for a cooking class to make Maultaschen, a yummy, meat-filled dumpling. Join from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the . Space is limited, so get there early!

'Brain Drain Through Deportation' panel discussion

Learn about听the consequences of the DACA program and its uncertain future at听the Social Sciences Today Forum听at noon in听Old Main Chapel.听

Stop by the Koenig Alumni Center between听11 a.m. and 2 p.m.听for a听free lunch (Roxie's Tacos)and a听chance to talk with members of the听精品SM在线影片 Alumni Association.

TRANSforming Gender Conference

The TRANSforming Gender Conference will have three keynote speakers and over 60 workshops this year, with session topics on supporting families, empowering youth, transforming pedagogy, radical resistance, intersectionality, alternative trans narratives and how to create a more trans-inclusive workplace. The conference, which runs March 8鈥10, is free and open to everyone.

Head to at 6 p.m. for this live performance and panel discussion featuring听local hip-hop "artivists" DJ Cavem, Mike Wird and听Bianca Mikahn.听As gardeners and听chefs, they听weave health, food justice听and ecological thinking into their work.听The free event is hosted by听CU Eco-Social Justice Team听and听CU Environmental Center.
