Join the听Alternative Breaks team for an informative session and听learn about how you can make a difference over your break.听All students and questions are welcome.听No registration necessary.

Test your knowledge of everything from celebrities to sports to history and more at Trivia Night.听Teams and individuals welcome. Sign up at 6 p.m. at The Connection front desk. Free entry, and there are prizes.
8:15鈥10 p.m. 听Rec Center, Climbing Gym
If you want to give climbing a try or get back into it, head to the Rec Center for Novice Climbing Night. Attendees will have free access to bouldering and auto-belays. The Outdoor Program will also have several staff members available to offer instructional advice and to belay climbers. All experience levels are welcome.

Feeling sleepy? Relaxation Stations at The Rec and Health Promotion office in Wardenburg now feature nap pods for a safe and relaxing way to recharge. Nap pods are self-contained napping stations with comfortable lounging chairs, sleep music and gentle wake sequence鈥攁ll designed to create an optimal environment for a power nap.
