Colorado women's basketball faces off against two Pac-12 opponents from the Bay Area this weekend听at the CU Events Center:
The Colorado women鈥檚 basketball team will host California at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14. The theme will be听I Love the Buffs Night. Fans will be able to create Valentine鈥檚 cards for the team as well as Chip. Students will have the opportunity to win a dinner for two at Pasta Jay鈥檚.听Fans can purchase two听general admission听tickets and 2 drinks for only $20 using the or purchase two reserved tickets for only $14. In addition, this will be the team鈥檚 Play4Kay event, an annual event to support听breast cancer awareness and the .听Fans who attend听will receive pink pom poms.听Kids ages听12 and under are admitted for free.
On Sunday, Feb. 16, the women鈥檚 basketball team plays nationally ranked Stanford at noon. The theme will be听National Girls and Women in Sports Day. Fans should arrive early, as beginning at 10 a.m.,听there will be fitness and skills stations at the CU Events Center featuring CU student-athletes. Students who arrive early will receive a free Run Like a Girl shirt featuring Ralphie,听and all fans are encouraged to wear black! In addition, there will be a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the 1995 Colorado women鈥檚 basketball team. By using the fans can purchase two reserved tickets for only $19.95. Kids ages听12 and under are admitted for free.听Students are admitted for free with their Buff OneCard.听
