Spring 2016 programs include:

CU-Boulder instructor Lynn Nichols, former general manager of the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, is set to direct an on-campus production of 鈥淭he Winter鈥檚 Tale,鈥� Jan. 27-31, at CU-Boulder鈥檚 Loft Theatre. The all-student cast brings William Shakespeare鈥檚 timeless tragicomedy to life with vintage costumes and interactive staging.

The 精品SM在线影片 today announced two finalists for the fourth Visiting Scholar in Conservative Thought and Policy. This month, the finalists will make one-day campus visits, during which they will hold public forums. The finalists are Francis Beckwith, professor of philosophy and church-state studies at Baylor University in Texas; and Richard Bishirjian, president of EDUcourses Inc. and president of Yorktown University, a for-profit, online liberal-arts university.

More than 70 speakers and presenters from around the world will be part of Media, Gender and Religion, a 精品SM在线影片 conference to be held Jan. 7-10. CU-Boulder鈥檚 Center for Media, Religion and Culture (CMRC) will host the conference. All plenary sessions are free and open to the public with no registration required. They will be held at Old Main Chapel and the Center for Community on campus.

A student multimedia exhibition currently on display in the Visual Arts Complex explores the lives of the university鈥檚 custodial staff.

The 精品SM在线影片 will hold its final winter commencement ceremony on at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, at the Coors Events Center as the campus moves toward a single spring ceremony honoring all graduates. The ceremony, which is free and open to the public, will honor 1,736 candidates for degrees including 1,280 bachelor鈥檚 degrees, 280 master鈥檚 degrees, eight law degrees and 168 doctoral degrees.

The CU-Boulder Distinguished Speakers Board is pleased to announce its second event of the year: former National Security Agency system administrator Edward Snowden is coming to the 精品SM在线影片 via video chat on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Ron Suskind , a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and former Wall Street Journal reporter, will moderate the event live from the Macky Auditorium.

The 精品SM在线影片 Leeds School of Business will present its 51st annual Colorado Business Economic Outlook Forum at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 7, at the Grand Hyatt Denver.

The Grammy Award-winning Soweto Gospel Choir choir will illuminate South African life through music, singing and dancing on Dec. 11, at 7:30 p.m., in Macky Auditorium.
