In addition, expect to take a fitness assessment which includes a 1.5-mile run, push-ups, and sit-ups. This fitness assessment will provide us with a baseline of your fitness level. (For Spring 2025 applicants - you will not be taking a fitness assessment, however - be prepared as you will take one when school officially starts!)
For more information about the Air Force Fitness assessment, please review this and score chart. (Note: waist measurements for USAF Fitness Assessment are no longer required for scoring).
