Alienware Buffalo Esports and Gaming Lounge
Hourly rates and passes
To use the PCs or consoles in the Alienware Buffalo Esports and Gaming Lounge, guests use digital game time. Game time is sold by the hour or in packages of time (i.e., passes).
- Game time is purchased, stored and tracked by the lounge. Game time is non-refundable and is non-transferable; it must be used by the individual who purchased or redeemed the game time.
- Game time purchased in per-hour increments (e.g., 1 hour, 3 hours, 10 hours) and does not expire.
Passes allow an individual to use any of the gaming lounge PCs or consoles for the duration of their pass. Both 1-day and 7-day passes are available to all individuals; 30-day and semester-long passes are available only to current 精品SM在线影片 students, staff and faculty.
Current 精品SM在线影片 students receive a free 10-day pass when they visit the gaming lounge for the first time.

*Day passes begin when the guest starts using game time. The pass expires after the number of calendar days as advertised for the pass.
**Semester passes are sold as fall, spring or summer semesters. Semester passes are valid from the first day of classes for that semester through the day before the first day of the next semester鈥檚 classes.
Reservations
Individual PCs, areas of the gaming lounge or the full gaming lounge may be reserved. Booking a reservation with the gaming lounge ensures equipment availability for the reserving party for the duration of their reservation.
Individuals may make per PC reservations. Individuals may also reserve the broadcast studio by contacting the gaming lounge staff.
Unless otherwise reserved, PCs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Consoles are not reservable on a per-console basis but are included in a full-facility reservation.

PC reservation policies
- PCs are generally available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, for a small fee, you can reserve a PC ahead of time.
- Individual PC reservations for the open gaming areas are made online through . Payment is due when the reserving party arrives.
- The reserving party must arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation, otherwise they will forfeit the reservation. No refunds will be issued for a no-show.
- The person who placed the reservation will receive a one-time code via email to log into the reserve PC(s).
- All players on a reserved PC use their own game time.
Event packages
University-affiliated organizations and community organizations may make reservations per area of the gaming lounge or the full facility for a minimum of four hours. If you want to reserve for longer than four hours, each additional hour will be assessed at a prorated per-hour rate.
All event packages include game time for the full duration of the reservation/event.
