Constitution Day Project

鈥淸The Constitution Day Project] 听introduces students to issues that are of national importance but have a tremendous impact on the small community of Wray, Colorado. It starts to develop the students into the informed citizens we鈥檇 like them to become.鈥� 鈥擱ick Ward, Principal, Wray High School, Constitution Day participant since 2010.

Sign up as a volunteer or participant听in this year's Constitution Day Project, taking place during the听last two weeks of September.

We launched the Colorado Law Constitution Day Project in September 2011. Each September since then, dozens of volunteers have visited classrooms all over Colorado, offering interactive lesson plans that raised tough questions. Themes have included听the First Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, voting rights, the Constitution more generally, and other topics that engage students with current events and the role the Constitution plays in them.
