The ASL course that I wanted to enroll in is full, I have been wanting to take it for a long time …Or, I have a family member who is deaf… I am hard-of-hearing myself…, isn’t there anyway you could enroll me in the course?

No. ASL courses at CU-Boulder are very popular and tend to fill to capacity every semester. Students are encouraged to join the waitlist for ASL courses if they cannot enroll and to remain on the waitlist to become eligible to use the Course Reservation option, which will allow you to enroll in an ASL course the following semester. Dropping the course off the waitlist will remove you from the ability to use the Course Reservation option. The Course Reservation option will allow you to enroll in a course in the next following semester.
