  • Recognize faculty of all ranks, staff and students as equal partners in the College of Arts and Sciences.
  • Proactively include representation from all stakeholders at all stages of college and unit decision-making processes.
  • Develop meaningful and effective methods for collecting feedback from all affected stakeholder constituencies to proactively incorporate into decision-making processes.
  • Disseminate best practices for inclusive communication and decision-making across the College of Arts and Sciences.
