Undergraduates: CU Book Access Complete
, ƷSMӰƬ’s equitable access course materials program, provides degree-seeking undergraduate students access to their required course materials before the first day of class for a one-time, flat-rate price per semester, every fall and spring.
Materials in this program are provided in a digital-first format on or before the first day of class in Canvas, ƷSMӰƬ’s online learning platform. Should a particular class require print materials, students will receive an email letting them know they have a pickup at the CU Book Store.
The charge (“CU Book Access Complete”) is automatically added to the first university bill of the semester. The charge is billed at that time, but students have until the course drop deadline to opt out of the program and the charge would then be reversed. This gives students the maximum amount of time to make choices about their course schedule.
If a student chooses to opt out of the CU Book Access Complete program, they will be able to select which digital materials they wish to purchase on a material-by-material basis from the CU Book Store, through the CU Book Access Select plan. Select Access Course Materials are instantly accessible on the first day of class in Canvas. The charge (“CU Book Access Select”) is automatically added to the university bill.
Visit and on the book store's website to learn more about how this program works, its benefits and how to access materials.
