How Changing Majors Affects Tuition
- Please note the following impact and timing if you decide to change your major: Change requests submitted by noon (12 p.m. MT) on the third Friday of fall and spring semesters, will be effective for the current semester and will therefore also reflect on the tuition bill for the current semester. Major change requests submitted after noon (12 p.m. MT) on the third Friday of fall and spring semesters, will be effective for the following semester and will be reflected on the tuition bill for that semester.
- Changes in tuition may result in adjustments to your financial aid, too. Schedule a visit with the Office of Financial Aid to learn more.
- Mandatory student fees will generally not change when you change school or major.
